Q. What does SportManager© actually do?
A. It provides a head count for an event.  Schedule an event, members indicate whether they are attending via the web and the organizer has a count, effortlessly!

Q. Why links to the USTA?
A. Makes sense, as tennis people are the biggest users currently.  For other types of events, links to those activities are forthcoming.

Q. What about nonmember guests?
A. If a member wants to bring a guest, JDi Sport accommodates, and even knows the guest’s name.

Q. How many members can you have?
A. The system has no restrictions other than practicality.  It is up to the individual administrators as to the comfort level of the headcount.

Q. Who Benefits?
A. The team administrator gets a head count without a Time Investment. The members are informed of all scheduling changes.

Q. How are members notified of Schedule Updates?
A. Each member may select their preferred method of communication, Email, Text, or the discussion board. Once the administrator makes an update to the schedule each member is then notfied via their preferred method.

Q. How about large groups?
A. JDI originally developed the site for tennis. Necessity is the mother of invention.  Contact us and see if we can help you with your schedules.

Q. What’s new for SportManager©?
A. Inter league or match scheduling among groups, civic matters, and other scheduled events.  As a nonprofit, more revenue, more charitable benefits.  Bring us your ideas.

Q. Why all those links, are they paid advertisers?
A. No, tennis tournaments, magazines, master and grand slam events are to keep the interest level high so people keep returning for current events.

Q. What happens if the schedule changes?
A. Use E-MAIL BLAST to notify the attendees of the change.

Q. What about recurring events?
A. Recurring events can be automatically reset. Normally attending members can set default attendance to yes. Once set up, maintenance is nonexistent!

Q. I am having trouble logging in. System doesn’t recognize me, produces server error or doesn’t show all my clubs.
A. Please go to tools/options/ clear cache in your browser or email tech support for assistance.
